Refund policy
Your satisfaction is our goal. When your order arrives, please check them carefully (immediately). If for any reason, you may return that new, unused product for an instore credit.
To start an eligible return, you can contact us at triplejwesternshopllc@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
EASY RETURNS ONLINE AND IN STORE ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Items purchased at regular price are eligible for return for store credit if they are received back within 30-days of the original purchase date in the same condition that you received them (unused or unworn with tags attached). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned. If your items are returned after than the 30-day allotted time, have been worn or damaged, have deodorant stains, or have tags removed, no pet hair, or smells your items are not eligible for return.
All sale items, bundles, and clearance items are FINAL SALE.
Please do not attempt to return items that do not qualify.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exchanges are allowed in store. If you ordered online, please contact us at triplejwesternshopllc@gmail.com to start the process.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
When your return has been received we will notify you once we’ve inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive an email with your store credit information. Store credits will not be issued until your return is received.
